the help of an intake specialist to take client relations to the
next level and manage our growing caseload. Our ideal candidate is
great on the phone, a naturally compassionate and empathetic
listener, and has a dedication to customer service and a passion
for helping those in need. You’ll have an opportunity to help a

apply now! Compensation: $45,000 yearly Responsibilities: Survey
potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice,
while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner You will
interview 50 potential clients per day by phone, e-mail, and text.
You must be extremely organized, confident, and comfortable
speaking on the phone. You will use our law firm software, Litify,
and all Windows applications (Outlook, Word, Excel). We expect our
candidates to be tech-savvy and willing to learn our systems.
Qualifications: Sales or customer service experience highly valued
Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy
Previous legal experience highly valued Firm knowledge of
spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills
Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus About
