$125,000 Bonus & Commission Position Overview We are seeking an
experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients who
have suffered injuries due to the negligence of others, ensuring
they receive the compensation they deserve. This role involves
managing cases from inception to trial and requires a deep
understanding of personal injury law, particularly in areas such as
motor vehicle accidents, construction site injuries, product
liability, and general negligence. Key Responsibilities - Represent
clients in personal injury cases from initial consultation through
trial - Conduct thorough investigations of cases, gathering
evidence and interviewing witnesses - Draft legal documents,
including pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement agreements
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing
counsel - Prepare and present cases in court, effectively
advocating for clients - Stay updated on changes in personal injury
law and relevant legal precedents - Provide clients with clear and
regular communication regarding case status and expectations
Qualifications - Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active TX bar license - Minimum of 4 years of experience in
personal injury law, with trial experience - Proven track record of
success in trial and settlement negotiations - Strong understanding
of personal injury topics including MVA, construction site
injuries, product liability, and negligence - Excellent analytical,
research, and writing skills - Ability to manage multiple cases and
deadlines effectively - Strong interpersonal skills and a
commitment to client service Benefits - Salary: $100,000 - $125,000
