Benefits when driving with us: -Home Daily (Short Line Haul maybe required to layover.  No Friday or Saturday night layovers) -Medical & Dental -Paid Holiday and Sick Days -Paid Vacations -401K -We are closed weekends and Holidays  (Short Line Haul may need to drive on part of these days) -Local Drivers paid hourly with overtime after 8 hours in a day. -Short Line Haul Drivers paid per mile (fixed) and hourly when not driving but on duty. -Our driver referral program pays $500 per.  Both the referral and the driver referring must still be working for Roy Miller Freight Lines, LLC., 90 days after the referral starts to work.
