Job Description:

Bilfinger Salamis, Inc. is a leading international services contractor with a proven track record in providing integrated, multi-disciplined support services and maintenance solutions to international blue-chip clients, primarily in the energy, petrochemical, industrial, and utilities sector. We are currently recruiting for experienced Scaffold Leadman for a job site in the Pasadena/La Porte, TX area.

This position requires an experienced, self-motivated, safety-conscious individual.  The optimal candidate will have working knowledge of OSHA scaffolding regulations, constructing, and/or repair.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Must have at least 2 years of Leadman experience in an industrial environment
• NCCER or equivalent of experience
• A complete set of tools
• Must pass all trade testing requirements

Minimum Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffolding at various heights.
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl.
• Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds often and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
