Job Purpose Summary: Achieve Portable Airs territory revenue and new account goals by developing new customer relationships and delivering Portable Airs value proposition to its HVAC customers (primarily mechanical contractors, Event & Temporary Structure Providers, and Facility Managers).   • Ongoing sales training and support Top Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute territory plan to prospect, qualify, establish business fit, propose & close new business to achieve revenue goals.
    • Maintain up-to-date sales pipeline in SalesForce CRM.
    • Collaborate with sales peers, inside sales, and operations team to articulate, deliver and improve upon Portable Airs value proposition to our customers. Top Accountabilities:
      • Territory net revenue
      • Number of new accounts
      • Recurring revenue from existing accounts
      • Customer Satisfaction Key Tasks & Activities:
        • Prospect, qualify and manage new customer opportunities to meet customer needs and achieve territory business goals.
        • Provide formal sales presentations to customer decision-makers and key stakeholders.
        • Manage relationships with key customers.
        • Collaborate with sales and operations peers to provide turnkey temporary climate control and energy solutions to our customer and profitably meet customer needs.
        • Reports sales and up-to-date customer activity using salesforce.com.
        • Plan and participate in customer entertainment and business networking events.
        • Attend meetings, sales events, and training sessions to maximize individual and team effectiveness Requirements
          • Complete the Criteria assessment, sent to applicants after application is reviewed
          • Familiarity with our industry is a plus
          • Excellent communication skills
          • Resilient with a proven sales track record of at least 5 years
          • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
          • Proficiency with computer skills and technology
          • Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
          • Self-motivated and driven Compensation
            • Base salary
            • Uncapped commission structure
            • Individual and team bonuses
            • 1st year earnings estimated to be $75k+ and uncapped
            • 2nd year earnings estimated to be $100k+ and uncapped Work Location
              • Must reside in Greater Houston Area
