Job Description:

Project Expeditor, PipingPasadena, TX 77503 -- System One is seeking a Project Expeditor to take a proactive, systematic, and standardized approach which aggressively pursues all available courses of action to detect and avert delays to the contractual delivery dates stated within the contract. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable procurement experience in large industrial construction projects!Important Details:

• 12 months+ contract opportunity with possibility of conversion to a permanent role
• Pay Rate Range: $28.00 - $35.00. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
• Per Diem of $85/day (7 days a week) for those who permanently reside over 50 miles from the job site.
• Work Schedule: 5-10s; Subject to Change - Monday - Friday 7AM to 5PM. All overtime will be paid out at time and a half.
• Weekly pay

• 401k after 30 days
• Job offer will be contingent on drug screen and background check --Project Expeditor Responsibilities:
  • Perform all Expeditor duties in accordance with the Project Expediting Standard Operating Procedure for the project in which assigned.
  • Runs Expediting calls with suppliers to support assigned packages.
  • Provides updates to the project team on deliverables according to the contract to support Advanced Work Packaging.
  • Attends weekly project meetings.
  • Performs expediting activities associated with ensuring on-time delivery of equipment/material and documentation. Project Expeditor Requirements:
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • 1 month to 5+ years relevant work experience
