Job Description:
A company is looking for a PFS Supervisor Back End to lead the
collections team in achieving cash collection goals and improving
reimbursement rates.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coach the collections team to meet productivity and
quality standards
Research payer policies and manage appeals for denied claims
Develop and deliver reports to management summarizing payer and
claims issues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma plus some college preferred
Knowledge of CPT codes, medical terminology, and insurance
plans
3+ years of experience in clinical laboratory billing, especially
genetic billing
Experience with Practice Management systems; Telcor experience
preferred
Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for report creation
