Key Responsibilities
Support customer interactions and troubleshoot urgent issues within
the Perform application
Educate and counsel customers to promote self-sufficient system
usage
Document and manage cases, ensuring timely responses and
productivity goals are met
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or 4 years of equivalent business
experience required
1-2 years of customer support experience via phone
1-2 years of multi-channel customer service experience
Familiarity with HCM software and troubleshooting software
configurations
Effective organizational skills in a fast-paced service-oriented
environment
