Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefit Product Specialist to manage
health plan portfolios and support product development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day plan portfolio tasks, including monitoring
performance and ensuring compliance with regulations
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support
product development and streamline processes
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify
opportunities for product innovation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in health
plan product strategy or related fields
Familiarity with commercial health insurance products and benefit
design
Understanding of SBCs, SPDs, and health plan regulations
Experience in cross-functional collaboration and vendor
relationship management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Tableau is a
plus
