Job Description:
A company is looking for a Development Lead (React /
Python).
Key Responsibilities
Lead a scrum team in building new functionality and scaling the
platform
Support team members' technical and personal development through
feedback and guidance
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to plan and deliver
high-quality work on time
Required Qualifications
Prior commercial experience with React and Typescript
Proficiency in Node.js and Python
Experience working within a software engineering team using git and
agile methodologies
Previous team leadership or mentoring experience
Experience in high-performance environments managing large volumes
of data is a plus
