Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Relationship Specialist to
manage client experiences and retention in a technology-driven
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consultative support with website and digital marketing
solutions
Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients in the
U.S. and Canada
Plan and execute client performance discussions within established
time frames
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent client management
experience
2 - 5 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of SEO, social media, and website analytics
Experience with Salesforce.com or CRM software preferred
Technology/Automotive experience is a plus
