Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Specialist I (Must
Work Eastern Time).
Key Responsibilities
Review and follow up on inbound requests from outreach
campaigns
Conduct 120 to 150 outbound calls daily to engage patients and
schedule appointments
Educate patients on the importance of receiving services in-home
and collaborate with healthcare professionals for a seamless
experience
Required Qualifications
Ability to work Eastern Time (EDT)
At least 2 years of outbound call center experience, with 1 year in
healthcare
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and
healthcare software
Experience with Zendesk and Five9 preferred
