Job Description:
A company is looking for a Systems Support Specialist
responsible for configuring, deploying, maintaining, and supporting
software solutions within their technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, configure, maintain, and support various software systems
including Microsoft technologies and property management
software
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and conduct software
audits for all systems
Lead onboarding processes and maintain documentation of
configurations and best practices
Required Qualifications
Experience with configuring systems and navigating new software
Prior experience with software such as O365, Apaleo, HubSpot, and
Breezeway
Experience in hospitality or property management software is
preferred
Proven experience in software implementation and project
management
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple
projects concurrently
