Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Mortgage Loan Processor to manage
mortgage loan processing and ensure timely closings.
Key Responsibilities
Review and prepare mortgage loan files for closing, ensuring all
documents and services are ordered promptly
Coordinate with escrow and title companies for accurate and timely
loan closings
Train team members on mortgage processing and assist in HMDA
reporting and other special projects
Required Qualifications
Three years of mortgage loan processing experience
Working knowledge of NCUA lending regulations and mortgage lending
practices
Familiarity with FNMA/FHLMC underwriting guidelines
Experience with mortgage/consumer processing systems
High School Diploma required; some college education preferred
