You’ll Do Daniel Stark Injury Lawyers is seeking a CRM Campaign
Manager to own and scale our CRM strategy across six Texas markets.
This role is responsible for lifecycle marketing, database
management, and campaign execution that turns top-of-funnel
awareness into long-term brand trust and client conversion. This
position primarily owns CRM strategy, campaigns, and database
management, while supporting content, SEO, and reputation
initiatives as they relate to CRM performance and audience
nurturing. CRM Database Ownership: Manage CRM databases for new
leads, active/former clients, B2B referral partners, and event
audiences. Ensuring messaging promotes education, prevention,
referrals, and brand trust. Identify opportunities to keep Daniel
Stark top of mind for future legal needs. Email Campaign Execution:
Plan, design, schedule, and deploy email and SMS campaigns across
multiple audiences while owning campaign calendars, segmentation,
automation workflows, and performance analytics. Write and edit
CRM-focused copy for email and SMS campaigns, lead forms and lead
magnets, CRM-driven LinkedIn and B2B communications, and website
and blog content. Partner closely with design and social teams to
ensure consistent brand voice and visual alignment across all
channels. Database & Segmentation Management: Manage CRM data and
database integrity by maintaining strong data hygiene,
segmentation, tagging, and compliance standards. Collaborate with
internal teams, including New Client, Legal, Community, and
Referrals, to improve data capture at the source, grow and enrich
the CRM database, and enhance targeting and personalization.
Establish, document, and enforce best practices for opt-ins, list
growth, and ongoing compliance. Performance Optimization: Monitor
CRM performance, including open rates, click-through rates,
conversions, unsubscribes, and deliverability, and build recurring
performance reports with actionable insights for marketing
leadership. Continuously test and optimize subject lines,
messaging, timing, and customer journeys, and make data-backed
recommendations to improve engagement and ROI. Ensure CRM campaigns
align with SEO and keyword strategies by reinforcing top-of-funnel
education and supporting search visibility and AI/LLM discovery,
while collaborating with SEO partners to ensure CRM messaging
complements broader content initiatives. Reputation Management:
Manage the firm’s reputation by overseeing industry awards and
recognitions, including researching credible opportunities,
maintaining submission calendars and deadlines, and coordinating
internal inputs and approvals. Integrate awards and recognition
into CRM campaigns and marketing materials to reinforce trust,
authority, and brand credibility. What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years
of experience in CRM or email/SMS marketing Hands-on experience
with CRM platforms (Salesforce and/or Active Campaign preferred)
Strong understanding of email and SMS best practices, compliance,
and deliverability Proven experience building audience
segmentation, automation workflows, and lifecycle journeys Strong
copywriting and editing skills, with working knowledge of AP Style
Ability to research topics and translate long-form content into
clear, effective CRM messaging Data-driven mindset with a focus on
testing, optimization, and continuous improvement What Makes You

similar tools) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data
organization, reporting, and analysis Strong research and
analytical skills, including audience and keyword intent alignment
Highly organized, strategic thinker capable of managing multiple
campaigns and deadlines Comfortable working cross-functionally with
internal teams and external partners What You’ll Earn $50K base
