The Business Analyst is an individual who is responsible and
accountable for one or many computer applications under the
guidance of a Senior Business Analyst. The Business Analyst ensures
that the changes being incorporated into the application have been
prioritized by the business and implemented on-time and within

Work independently with users to define concepts with support from
a Senior Business Analyst when needed.
Displays business understanding and the value of IT to success
Understands Agile processes and has executed projects using

5+ years of business requirement writing experience

The Business Analyst supports all design and maintenance of the
smaller business application enhancements and bug fixes.
Elicit requirements using various existing sources/techniques
including interviews, document analysis, business process flows,
use cases, task and workflow analysis.
Critically evaluate information gathered to formulate business
requirements document sufficient to communicate the changes to a
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal
customers to analyze information needs and prepare functional
requirements and deliver detailed requirements document.
Prepare test cases and test file/scenarios.
Conducts testing of new/added functionality.
