Job Description:

A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Complaint Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:
Recording all provider and member complaints and inquiries
Identifying the root causes of complaints
Working with the applicable operational departments to implement an appropriate resolution
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Prior regulatory reporting
Associate degree from an accredited institution or 3 yrs of regulatory work experience
Current/prior experience working in a regulated environment/managed healthcare environment
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (specifically using Excel to create pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas)
HS Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
