Job Description:
A company is looking for an Application Analyst II in the
Revenue Cycle, remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and provide functional and technical support for Revenue
Cycle applications
Analyze workflows, create test scripts, and document technical
issues related to applications
Manage communication and support for stakeholders, ensuring
effective problem resolution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience or Associate's Degree
with 4 years of experience
Epic Certification and Proficiency required
Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Certification
preferred
Experience in healthcare applications and workflows
Ability to work in team environments and demonstrate
customer-oriented service excellence
