Job Description:
A company is looking for a Student Accounts Recovery Agent
I.
Key Responsibilities
Verify account balances and manage assigned accounts receivable
portfolio
Communicate with students and negotiate payment plans while
resolving account disputes
Maintain database accuracy and safeguard funds by adhering to
internal controls and guidelines
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business preferred
Fluency in Spanish or ASL is preferred
Previous contact center and Accounts Receivable experience
preferred
Knowledge of Banner and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is
preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
