Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends

Client Engagement: Convert leads into appointments, present offers, and secure purchase agreements.Negotiation: Effectively negotiate purchase terms and oversee negotiations for sellersMarket Relationships: Build and maintain relationships throughout the market to identify future acquisition opportunities.Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process.Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients.Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, and market trends.Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information.Qualifications:Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired
Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
