Job Description:
A Commercial Roofing Contractor is looking for a new Salesperson
to join their team. This company has a reputation for excellence.
They are looking for someone that can help them to expand their
footprint by bringing in both new construction and re-roof
business. Commercial Roof Salesman Duties Meet or exceed the sales
and margin expectations for the assigned territory. Using the
necessary phone and field selling skills to sell our products and
services to our customers. Building strong customer relationships
by maintaining sales contacts as required by the position.
Observing and implementing sales skills of other successful Sales
Representatives in all aspects of the sales process to utilize
skills necessary to succeed. Demonstrating solid business sales
acumen and professionalism to make a positive impact on all
prospects and customers. Commercial Roof Sales Experience Required
2 years of roofing sales experience - preferably in commercial
Experience with Commercial Roofing manufacturers and materials Must
be comfortable with cold calling, as well as generating their own
leads through in person interactions Positive attitude, Analytical
in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player
