motivated and experienced Permanent Inside Sales Representative to
join our team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful
candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by
establishing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying
new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This role
is perfect for a tenacious sales professional who thrives in a
fast-paced environment and is passionate about contributing to the
success of our company. Responsibilities: Develop and execute
strategic sales plans to effectively manage assigned territory and
meet or exceed sales quota. Identify, qualify, and cultivate new
sales opportunities through multiple mediums (email, phone, trade
shows, inbound website leads, and more). Manage and grow existing
customer accounts by delivering exceptional customer service and
building strong relationships. Utilize a consultative sales
approach to understand customer needs and propose tailored
solutions. Collaborate with various teams (including marketing,
production, and engineering) to ensure customer satisfaction and
drive sales growth. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all
sales activities in the company's CRM system. Stay current with
industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
Qualifications: 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in
the manufacturing industry. Proven track record of meeting or
exceeding sales quotas. Strong experience in territory sales, lead
generation, and account management. Ability to operate as a
'hunter', eager to pursue new business opportunities. Experience in
outside sales is a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation
skills. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Ability to
work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated,
results-driven, and able to work under pressure. Bachelor's degree
in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred. Join our
