Compass is seeking a dynamic Account Manager Trainee to lead people
and drive results in direct-to-door sales for Frontier
Communications. If you're charismatic, persistent, and thrive on
challenges, you're meant to be a Account Manager Trainee. Be part
of our team and start your management career on the right track! As
a Account Manager Trainee, you will be supervised by our
experienced managers while learning about how we do sales. You are
expected to fulfill these responsibilities: Learn team management,
coaching, and leadership skills from experienced managers and
supervisors. Assist with tasks such as lead qualification,
prospecting, and following up with potential customers. Help with
managing customer interactions, resolving issues, and ensuring
customer satisfaction. Contribute to efforts in generating new
leads through cold calling, networking, or social media outreach.
Participate in formal training sessions designed to improve sales
and management capabilities.
