We value our employees and look forward to learning more about you. The Inside Sales Role is customer-facing and will work remote as well as travel to customer sites. Job description: Responsible for building the sales tactical plan for profitably growing landscape & retail sales for the company in the territory Expand the company’s distribution within landscape and retail customers -send submittal pictures when requested for jobs Visiting landscape and retail customers to grow relationships The Sales Representative will be meeting with existing and potential clients, bidding and presenting proposals, working with Sales team, and keeping clients informed about project process Key Characteristics: Tactically orientated with ability to think long term and work with the Sales team to help define a growth plan in a general perspective Extensive experience in all aspects of customer service relationships Broad industry and product knowledge of the landscape and retail category Effective internal champion for MGN and its customers, assuring clear and regular communication to key MGN employees Driven by sales and profit growth for MGN Desire for personal growth and career advancement Key Skills: The Inside Sales candidate will possess exceptional selling capability and ability to personally manage the company’s customer relationships Experience and understanding of best-in-class sales practices Track record of achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly Company sales goals and margins Job Requirements: Candidates must have a high school diploma; candidates with a 4-year undergraduate degree is a plus Ideal candidate will have three to five years of wholesale lawn/garden and landscape related selling experience Professional sales training certificate a plus Bi-lingual a plus Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
