Grant Accounting Manager Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 Why This

up and create lasting impact! The Role: The Grant Accounting
Manager will oversee all aspects of grant-related accounting and
compliance, supporting large-scale state and federal funding
efforts. Reporting directly to the CFO, this individual will also
lead financial presentations, help implement a new ERP system, and
build processes for a growing organization with a $1B budget. Key
Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of grant compliance ,
including state and federal reporting Prepare and present
financials at board meetings Ensure accuracy and consistency with
GASB and GAAP standards Help implement and support a new ERP system
(SAP) Oversee travel compliance processes using Concur Track and
report on grant-related spend (currently over $600M in active
funds) Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure
transparency and control What They're Looking For: Experience in
grant accounting , budgeting, and financial compliance Familiarity
with federal and state reporting requirements Public sector,
nonprofit, infrastructure, or construction experience a plus ERP
implementation experience - ideally SAP Comfortable managing
multiple reporting entities and large-scale funding Strong public
speaking and communication skills Tech-savvy and adaptable in a
lean, high-growth environment
