You’ll troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and help keep production on track. What You’ll Do: Fix and adjust machines to keep them running efficiently Perform regular maintenance and inspections Support production changeovers and equipment testing Communicate with team members about repairs and machine issues Keep your work area and tools clean and organized Follow all safety and food quality standards (OSHA, GMP, HACCP, SQF) What We’re Looking For: Mechanical or maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred) Ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment Interested in hearing more?
