Summary of Job Description:
The temporary Property Management Coordinator position is
responsible for assisting the workflow process for all accounts
payable for the Cherng Family Trust (CFT). The Property Management
Coordinator assists with property taxes, vendor management, and
maintenance of the general ledger.
You'll get a chance to:
- Responsible for maintaining accounts payable email address and
opening mail, sorting all correspondence to correct parties as well
as filing invoices for processing
- Review invoices, bills, vouchers, or other documents and enters
them into Yardi, with all relevant notes to be relayed to next step
in Workflow
- Support PM team with vendor management, including obtaining W9s
and COIs, assists with vendor contract packages for signatures, and
providing updates to vendors on payment status
- Assist with all property tax payments, including procurement of
missing invoices, mailing of tax payments with coupons, updating of
mailing address and tracking of all payments in database
- Responsible for reconciling and confirming Utilities billing
from Ecova & Conservice
- Perform research on tenant ledger issues, pull invoices and
backups for tenant audits, and help analyze CAM Rec charges
- Review all incoming AR and code payments to corresponding
tenant and applicable charges
- Provide administrative and project support to CFT Las Vegas
office
- Perform administrative support activities, such as handling the
office phones and incoming and outgoing mail, and organizing and
maintaining the filing system How we reward you:

Your background & experience:
- High school diploma required; coursework in Accounting or
equivalent experience required
- Minimum two to three years of relevant experience
- Successful completion of annual store training
- If hired, successful completion of annual store training
- If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on start date,
unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Full vaccination
means two weeks or more have passed after receiving the second dose
in a two-dose series, or more than two weeks after receiving a
single-dose vaccine. Examples of proof of full vaccination include
an original, photocopied, or digital completed vaccination card
that includes name, type of vaccine provided, and date of last dose
administered.
