Details A growing boutique civil litigation law firm is seeking a
2–4 year Associate Attorney with experience in insurance defense
and personal injury litigation to join its team. This is a hands-on
role for a motivated litigator who enjoys managing complex cases
and working closely with clients, expert witnesses, and court
personnel. Key Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of litigation
from intake to trial Conduct legal research, draft pleadings,
motions, and discovery responses Take and defend depositions Attend
mediations, court hearings, and pre-trial conferences Consult with
clients and expert witnesses Lead and manage discovery efforts
Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on case
strategy Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas 2–4 years
of civil litigation or insurance defense experience Experience in
personal injury defense preferred Strong analytical, drafting, and
oral advocacy skills Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook,
Teams, Word, Excel) Experience with Clio and Westlaw preferred
