Pre-Litigation Case Managers for a growing personal injury law firm
in Houston, TX. If you're organized, proactive, and experienced in
managing legal cases through the treatment phase—we want to connect

Location : Houston, TX 77092 Pay : $24.00 – $31.25/hour (based on
experience) Schedule : Full-time, business hours Type :
Temp-to-Hire (W2) What You'll Be Doing Reach out to new clients
within 24 hours of assignment (phone, text, email) Act as the
primary contact for clients during treatment and record-gathering
phases Ensure monthly checklist compliance—no item older than 7
days Track and follow up on client medical treatment plans and
escalate issues as needed Coordinate with attorneys and providers
to ensure smooth and timely case progression Keep client files
audit-ready: clean, current, and complete What You Bring 2 years of
experience in legal case management (personal injury) Strong
communication and follow-up skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency with Needles or Neos software is a plus High school
